Our in-house agency ensures consistency in brand, advertising, packaging, retail, events and digital across our global markets.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development, set up and evaluation of cross-channel digital campaigns and media plans per category. He/she manages the digital category budget, tests audiences and creative in programmatic and other channels and drives the paid media KPIs with the channels specialists.

Accountabilities

  • Strategic development and ownership of cross-channel digital campaigns based on defined KPIs
  • Continuous analysis and reporting of campaign performance and optimization – audience, creative, conversion
  • Actively promote campaigns based on reports driving performance against forecast and budget 
  • Brief agency in collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce and Channel Managers (Search and Social)
  • Project management and quality control of running campaigns
  • Strengthen and build interfaces to agency and internal stakeholders and proactively drive new technology opportunities

Skills

  • Digital Marketing or general business degree
  • +6 years working experience in Digital Marketing cross-channel
  • Performance-oriented and have analytical knowledge of KPIs in Digital Marketing
  • An organised, engaged, creative, quick thinking and alert person with the potential to generate and stimulate ideas and opportunities
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Exceptional team player with credibility and integrity to earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence quickly, who is flexible and willing to go beyond job description 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proven ability to juggle a large workload, set appropriate priorities and someone who is focused on delivering to plan
  • Understands to manage changes in requirements with flexibility whilst relentlessly pushing for brand targets
  • Able to make decisions under time pressure
  • Manage budgets, timeline and costs within agreed projects
  • Working knowledge of 2 languages: German and English 
  • Working place is Cologne but prepared to travel regularly to Malmesbury UK
