Senior Salesforce Administrator

In this role, you will be expected to provide Salesforce best practice to the company as part of our Salesforce Centre of Excellence team. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day running and the long-term success of our Salesforce Platform. You will also provide experience and expertise on our business processes as they relate to the Salesforce platform, including identifying opportunities for improvement and new solutions.


  • Responsible for the day to day running and upkeep of the Salesforce Platform, including Service Cloud and other apps that we might add as part of our growth roadmap
  • Responsible for the success of the platform, collecting feedback from across the business and using this to inform the platform roadmap
  • Own the update release cycle, and communications/documentation around each release
  • Owner of all change requests and backlog related to administration tasks on the platform
  • Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, flows and custom objects
  • Some Salesforce development. Work with internal development team for more complicated development needs
  • Responsible for data quality and integrity, and work with the data team to manage business requirements relating to data quality queries and priorities
  • Identify, follow and drive best practice relating to Salesforce behaviours
  • Reporting and Dashboards as needed


  • Experience of with a strong focus on workflow, process builder, validation rules, and system integrations
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the CRM
  • Self-Directed learning, problem solving, and researching of system issues
  • Experience with a multi-region and multi-currency organization
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Desirable
  • Admin 201 Certified or willing to take up Salesforce certification as a learning path
  • Experience in Administering Salesforce Lightning or implementing Lightning
  • Experience with Service Console
  • Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
