Description

The Senior Supply Planning Executive will be responsible for the S&A and partially FG supply planning by resuming and developing the demand & supply planning activities linked to the International procurement function.

Under the supervision of the Supply Planning Manager and the Head of Supply Chain, the role will work closely with other supply chain members and internal teams.

Accountabilities

Sales Forecast Management – Demand Management
  • Lead effective market S&PA (Spare Parts and Accessories) S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) process with multi-functions and 3PLs to optimize Customer Service level and Cash Flow
  • Involved in FG (Finished Good) S&OP and lead supply related area in FG S&OP with demand planning manager and multi-functions to drive efficient & responsive decision making in market side
  • Focus on the validation of the significantly-moving quantities within short (M1 to M3) and mainly medium term (M4 to M18)
  • Assure the consistency of the sales forecast, in volume and in value, with the business plan taking into consideration all the marketing/repair activities
Supply Planning
  • Lead and guarantee with autonomy the supply plan monthly process based on the sales forecast
  • Determine the availability of products and communicate to other functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, etc.) on any impacting change
  • Deliver on time a consistent and accurate supply plan to Group supply planning team
  • Negotiate with the group supply planning team the feasibility of any exceptional short-term opportunity
  • Analyze the group responses in connection with the required supply plan and negotiate with other functions on any potential adjustments
  • Prepare and follow S&OP meeting
  • Develop/implement effective demand & supply consensus process to ensure stock availability and case fill rate as a key competitive advantage and enabler for KPI delivery
  • Manage supply plan & execution to deliver best in class customer service (case fill rate) in terms of stock availability and on-time supply from plants
  • Review/audit demand & supply master data and parameter to ensure healthy system setup and execution
  • Ensure that SAP related system issue are resolved by relevant parties accordingly
  • Ensure quarterly/monthly demand target delivery in terms of Supply Chain POV
  • Define/deliver supply related KPI & target (case fill rate, supply related cost, process health check, etc.)
Inventory Management
  • Achieve the inventory target of the subsidiary
  • Insure and control a sufficient safety inventory
  • Check and communicate about the inventory quality: obsolescence, slow-moving
  • Check and closely communicate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance) to accelerate the inventory turnover
  • Analyze and report about the causes of the out-of-stock or over-stock
Supply Order Tracking
  • Validate the conformity of the supply backlog with Group logistics team
  • Closely monitor all the operational aspects of inbound shipment and f/u any ad-hoc issue by closely work with KR logistics team

Skills

Working Experience:
  • Preferred to have +5-6 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Management
  • Preferred experience in FMCG industry or retailer
Key Skills:
  • Solid Execution & follow through, excellent analytical capabilities, logical & strategic thinking, effective communication skills including English proficiency
  • Project management and change management
  • Knowledge and experience on 1) demand forecasting and planning processes and 2) End to End supply planning & processes 
  • Deep knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer (retailer’s) supply chain
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP or ERP systems
  • Knowledge on MS office and other relevant software for forecasting & supply process

  • Track record on multi-cultural dynamic environments where he or she played a major role on implementing changes
  • Strong leadership and responsiveness, follow-through, results driven attitude
  • Experience of running S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process with Multi-functions and Managements
