Customer Service


The purpose of this role is to lead the service technicians in the Dyson service centre, undertake repairs of Dyson products and also manage day to day operations of the service centre. Combined, this ensures the delivery of a consistently exceptional customer service experience.


  • Lead the identification and implementation of process improvement and cost saving opportunities within service centre operations and champion the improvements 
  •  Undertake technical training and ensure mechanical/electrical competency of Service Technicians Ensure the customer, and their needs, are at the centre of everything we do 
  • Support the recruitment of new team members and ensure successful on boarding 
  • Coach, develop and lead the team to ensure they are operating at their best, identifying training gaps and resolving them


  • Demonstrates a passion for end customer and stakeholder satisfaction. · 
  • Demonstrated Electrical Repair and fault finding knowledge 
  • Competent in use of PAT testing equipment 
  • Understanding of excellence in customer service 
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable) 
  • Experience in implementing change 
  • Previous people management experience
