Service Technician

Dyson products are innovative and unique. Our people are perfectionists and passionate about customer service. This role requires a customer service focused technician to service, valet and pack Dyson machines. 


As a service technician you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosis and repair of Dyson machines in accordance with Dyson Service Standards including appropriate preventative maintenance and electrical safety checks
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records of repairs and parts used
  • Liaising directly with customers regarding the diagnosis of a machine repair
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with new machines, procedures, technical service bulletins and company policies
  • Identifying areas of process improvement in your work and champion these changes


To be considered for the role you will have the following:

  • Previous service experience
  • MS Office and computer literate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A methodical approach to tasks
  • Technical or electrical background a strong advantage
  • Restricted electrical licence is preferred but not essential
  • Forklift licence would be an advantage
  • Able to lift up to 18kg
