  • You will be responding to all types of customer correspondence through social media channels, providing effective and timely Customer Service whilst protecting the interest of the business. 
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to ensure that quality customer service is delivered and Owner Support Team targets are achieved and exceeded.


You will be responsible for - 
  • Responding to all types of Social Media correspondence 
  • Monitor all Social Media channels which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In and YouTube Handle and resolve customer contacts via the Dyson social media communication channels in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure our SLA’s are achieved
  • Spot opportunities to promote Dyson tools and finished goods via social media channels 
  • Ensure that Owner Support Operates Efficiently and Effectively Deliver a consistent, best practice approach when dealing with Dyson Owners through Social Media
  • Ensure you adjust your style to engage your audience and provide the best possible resolution, balancing business and owner needs 
  • Take ownership and demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Confidently and decisively resolve owner issues
  • Highlight communication trends to the Owner Support Team Manager 
  • Ensure all escalated Social Media complaints are investigated and logged 
  • Establish the root cause of the complaint and take ownership of feeding back learning’s 
  • Report weekly Social Media activity with details of all the received and completed correspondence 
  • Assist the Owner Support Team Manager with any ad hoc requests for statistical information 
  • Being vigilant to spot opportunities to engage with influencers and flagging with PR via appropriate channels 
  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role Identify problems and find solutions


What you will need - 
  • Practical use of social media

  • Understanding and practical use of Email 
  • Excellent organisational ability 
  • Excellent grammatical and spelling skills
