As Dyson owners increasingly digitize, we need to ensure we are meeting their needs across the complex and rapidly evolving social media landscape. It’s a challenging role where we’re publicly representing world-class Dyson service.

Attention to detail is critical, as our responses are often public and so always need to be on point, on brand and most importantly, proving the right solution for our owners.


·        Effectively support and resolve Dyson customer queries across all Social Media channels where we have a presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Trust pilot and YouTube.

·        Engage with Dyson owners to ensure they receive the level of service expected from Dyson

·        Achieve all personal KPI’s linked to delivering exceptional service experience to Dyson’s owners; focusing on achieving efficiency; effectiveness and quality metrics


·        Previous experience in a customer facing role, ideally working with Social Media channels

·        Exceptional written skills, and attention to detail at all times

·        Adept at getting to the core of a customer’s question and guiding them to a solution

·        Able to adapt style according to the customer, the brand tone of voice and the social media channel

·        Someone who enjoys and is able actively engage with our owners

·        A willingness to learn, to challenge themselves to improve and a desire to engage with our owners

·        Someone who demonstrates drive and is committed to their personal development

·        Someone who can work quickly, accurately and self-manage
