Description

Lead the Korea Floorcare marketing team, motivating all to deliver flawless execution of activities and rigorous appraisal of effectiveness. Create marketing strategy in delivery of profit generating opportunities.



Accountabilities

1.Drive execution of marketing strategies to be responsible for the Korea P&L and market share.

2.Lead and communicate Korea business agenda to the  

      wider business.

3.Contribute to group brand development 4.Deliver “Joint Business Plan” with selected Korea retailers.5.Build, develop and promote an effective Floorcare category marketing team.

6.   Fulfil other duties as required

Skills

•Delivery of one year and 5 year market strategy and marketing plan for the Korea. •Drive the team to execute all plans flawlessly. •Push the measurement of the performance of all activities to prove business benefit. •Internal strategy communication and leadership within the Korea business and wider business. •Actively participate in group functional marketing team to drive Korea agenda. •Ensure timely delivery of “Joint Business Plan” for the business in the area of portfolio management, price points, and consumer target. •Inspire, lead and motivate Floorcare marketing team members through regular feedback, 1:1’s PDP’s and objectives •Manage processes to ensure that the team is as effective as possible to meet business goals •Identify gaps in knowledge & skills in the team and build appropriate training solutions •Develop talent and consider succession plans for his/her direct reports • Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
