Description

  • You will be working as part of the Talent Acquisition Team were you will be responsible for arranging large volumes of face to face, Skype and telephone interviews for candidates with high quality and accuracy.
  • You will be communicating with hiring managers across the business and liaising with a number of departments within the business and dealing with 3rd parties to make sure all checks are complete on new starters.

Accountabilities

.
  • Arrange large volumes of face to face, Skype and telephone interviews for candidates – some of which can be complex 
  • Responding to Hiring Manager’s recruitment queries face to face, telephone or on email 
  • Producing and sending all contracts and offer paperwork for new starters 
  • Monitoring and responding to generic emails that come through for the wider recruitment teams 
  • Liaise with and update recruitment agencies on current vacancies 
  • Assisting Talent Development team with the Induction Programme for new employees 
  • Liaising with HR Admin to ensure new starters set up on the relevant internal systems and payroll correctly 
  • Liaising with 3rd party referencing agency to ensure all pre-screen checks are done within SLA 
  • Liaising with Procurement regarding new suppliers/consultants Intermediate level at excel to be used for reporting 
  • Ability to learn to use different reporting suites

Skills

  • Experience of working within a recruitment environment would be ideal 
  •  Exceptional attention to detail 
  • A flexible approach in supporting a demanding, reactive team Excellent IT skills to include MS Word, Outlook and Excel Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Previous experience using databases would be useful 
  • Solutions orientated A flexible team player
