This role supports the Global EHS Director and the Global EHS Team with administrative and technical EHS Coordination.  


What you'll be doing;
Supporting the Global EHS Director with:
  • All aspects of the EHS Procurement process.
  • The procurement, implementation, management and maintenance of a Global EHS Management system.
  • The implementation, management and maintenance of the ENHESA Global legislation system.
  • Global EHS reporting, including but not limited to: creating graphs, presentations, data analysis, proof reading and distribution.
  • EHS Projects.
  • Management of the EHS aspects of the Global Incident Reporting System.
  • Management of the Global EHS Assurance Programme. 
  • Limited administration:
  • Adhoc diary meetings / travel requests.
  • Minute taking.
Supporting the Global EHS Team:
  • Development of consistent Global EHS documentation.
  • Implementation, management and maintenance of a Global EHS Ergonomic Management Tool.
  • Global EHS (Learning Management System) management, maintenance and continual improvement.
  • Managing and maintenance of the Global EHS Team Microsoft Teams Space.
  • Global EHS Sharepoint management and continual improvement.
  • Monitoring EHS global email accounts.


What we'd like to see from you;
Whilst some experience working within a similar role is desirable, this role would also suit any highly motivated individual, who is enthusiastic and would like to develop themselves within a Global team
Qualifications:IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (Desirable*)PRINCE 2 (Desirable*)
* Will be provided as a development opportunity, if not already held.
  • The role holder will need to demonstrate flexibility in their approach and maintain a proactive can do attitude, and works towards the success of the whole team.
  • Be an ambassador and vocal advocate for EHS.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to build a network of connections.
  • Ability to work sensitively, discretely, and effectively across the Global Estates Team and its stakeholders.
  • Must demonstrate a passion for working for Dyson.
