Adapt/develop and execute Training programs for Dyson and distributor’s sales staff and focusing on personal care category. Lead the development of training effectiveness measures like Mystery shopping.
This role will focus on Training and Field Sales of Dyson and distributor’s representatives for the Hong Kong and Taiwan market. The role will be based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Field Sales & Training Manager here.
Reporting to the Training Manager - Personal Care in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:•Leading the delivery of hair styling and all store motivational trainings to drive sales volume and brand image in Hong Kong and Taiwan •Working closely with local distributors, streamline processes and improve promoter capabilities through consumer interaction activities •Initiation and orientation of new starters whilst partnering with regional sales managers in identifying local training needs •Lead the development and implementation of Mystery Shopping activities to ensure consistency in promoter standards •Planning and execution of internal annual training calendar
