Treasury Assistant (Temporary or FTC - 6-12 Months)

Reporting to the Group Treasury Controller (GTC), the Treasury Assistant is part of Dyson’s Tax and Treasury team, which provides support to all areas of the business. The Treasury Assistant will support the Treasury Back Office team deliver their key responsibilities on bank accounts, payments, accounting and controls.


  • Perform the reconciliation of Treasury’s bank accounts on a daily basis, confirming all Treasury deals with counterparty banks and submitting the relevant payment instructions
  • Support the Treasury Accountant on the daily accounting of transactions as wells as month end controls
  • Provide support on Treasury projects related to cash management, payments, accounting or information systems as appropriate
  • Support the Back Office team in SEA as and when required


  • Previous experience on a financial role or with some interest in banking and/or Treasury
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to be accurate
  • Initiative and determination to resolve operational issues
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain banking issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving environment typical of a fast growing business
  • Computer literate, ability to quickly learn new applications and information systems
