About the role

Dyson Korea is building a direct e-commerce team which will be tasked to bring a creative, innovative and high growth approach to the e-commerce experience direct to consumers and through third party retail channels. Reporting to the E-Commerce manager in Dyson Korea, this role is about ensuring we build strong relationships with customers and prospects through our brand website. As a UX manager, you are expected to work closely with cross functional team representatives – Digital Analyst for insight extraction, eCommerce manager for sales contribution by improving consumer struggles as well as commerciality injection on the site and Dyson global and APAC stakeholders so that you can improve & workaround those improvements.

Responsible for the flawless content quality and operational readiness of the Dyson official brand website, this role offers a great opportunity to further your career in ecommerce and at a company driven by technology and innovation.

Responsibilities include implementing our communication, ensuring quality user experiences, analyzing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic and tactical changes to the website that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, capturing and retaining their interest in our brand and products and improving conversion rates.

This involves:

[ Management]

  • Deploying Dyson brand and NPD campaigns to Dyson websites to ensure campaign readiness in a timely and effective manner

  • Merchandising contents on the Magneto2 CMS platform by working with MKTG & Global

  • Managing the localization of Dyson web contents provided from the Group headquarters and brief designers to work on site's design.

  • Deploying & review the brand and NPD campaigns to all eCommerce retailer sites to formulate a consistent brand voice in digital communication and being a brand guardian for look, feel, tonality

  • Developing and managing thematic/promotional based e-commerce page wireframes, KV, different assets such as banners, animated imagery, demo videos in order to provide an on brand but locally appropriate online interface for target audience and track conversions, doing optimization accordingly

  • Be responsible for the readiness in terms of ecommerce operation including content, ranges, stocks and pricing.

  • Reviewing transactional site functionalities & proposing functionality updates to match with ongoing sales needs & industry’s best practice.

  • Regular catchup with Group to get the best-in-class case studies and templates for local adaptation to drive the conversion and customer engagement

  • Ensuring that sales opportunities across Dyson’s digital properties, focused on retailer website without compromising the brand.

[UX Improvement in and Marketplaces]

·         To meet consumers’ satisfaction level, provide seamless shopping journey in all aspects of

·         By collaborating with Digital Analyst manager, define consumer struggles & conducting A/B testing to remove consumer barriers

·         Consistent communication with Group to improve or deploy new functionalities, find alternative ways to deploy to avoid any infra structure barriers.

·         Define commercial improvement factors, deploy & change consumer shopping journey to leveraging sales

·         Develop and review 8 differrent marketplaces contents & product description pages by ensuring perfect page requirement

·         Consistently update and improve marketplaces’ shopping journey by focusing on commercial factors that are conversion, click thru rates on contents

About you

Skills and experience requirements

  • 8+ years digital marketing/content management experience; majority of which must be with a strong consumer multi-national brand with proven track record

  •  Experience in using e-commerce platform Magento is highly preferred.

  • Attention to detail is  key and good analytical skills

  • Creative expertise on technical aspects of website development

  • Strong understanding of numbers to translate analysis into action and ultimately design

  •  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Proven, professional track record in development of websites a must

  • Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Must be fluent in Korean and English

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
