Talent Acquisition at Dyson is fast paced, results driven and challenging. Joining the Global Talent Acquisition team on a Fixed Term Contract at our Global Head Office in Malmesbury, you’ll work specifically in our high volume recruitment team. You will ensure that Dyson are attracting and recruiting the best possible talent, using up to date resourcing solutions that will ensure cost focussed results. 


  • As our Volume Recruiter you will help develop the strategies to deliver cost-focused, world-class resourcing solutions – using technical advances and direct sourcing channels to best effect
  • Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll handle a mix of full-time, contract and temporary vacancies and will manage both single vacancies and larger, high volume campaigns
  • You'll be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates to ensure Dyson are hiring the very best talent
  • Part of your role as our Volume Recruiter will be to design and facilitate suitable interview and assessment methods for volume recruitment campaigns 
  • You will provide responsive feedback and support on the offer/new starter process to ensure we have a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Manage third party suppliers (agencies, contractors)
  • Complete recruitment related administration as required
