About Role & Responsibilities

In the role of the Helpdesk Lead, you will be part of Accounts payable team in Gurugram location and being responsible for leading the Finance helpdesk team in Dyson. It is work from Office requirement

 

  • Supporting Team with organizational and administrational initiatives
  • Mentoring and managing the team members using knowledge and experience
  • Timely and accurate response to Vendor/Business Queries
  • Control over accuracy of responses, correction of errors, managing escalations and drafting RCA's
  • People Management will be a core part of the role
  • Extracting and preparation of AP and SNOW reports – standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly calls with the supplier and business
  • Ensure daily team meeting and briefing of new updates in the team.



Candidate Requirements
 

  • Graduate degree is Must
  • MBA / M.com is the additional if any
  • 10-15 Years of experience in the AP/Helpdesk profile or in accounting profile
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay processes
  • Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps
  • Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Fluency in English – additional European language(s) would be an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Service Now and SAP experience as a must
  • Work from Office is Mandate
