The Owner Experience and Advocacy team is dedicated to ensuring our owners become our biggest advocates. We are focused on improving every digital touchpoint that our owners have with Dyson. We manage email communications, online bookings, social media representation, consumer product reviews and much more. Data drives our decision making but a desire to create the best possible experience for our owners, drives our commitment to our team and projects.
About the Role
This position is designed to support the advocacy team in its mission to unlock Dyson’s existing and stand-out brand equity. While the Advocacy Executive’s projects and workstreams will vary across the year, their commitment to support the Advocacy Lead and the teams goals, is critical.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Manage the engagement and ongoing relationship with Dyson Influencers and partners across category which includes briefing, content proposal and content approvals, loan machine management, oversight of content calendars and timely and efficient deliverables
Regularly sharing performance and insights in Dyson Monthly Marketing
Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm new content themes and campaigns for influencers and owner advocates
Owning the process, admin and ideal systems to manage our influencers and ensure their deep knowledge of Dyson products, respective categories and their enthusiasm to authentically advocate for us as a 1st choice product
Support the Advocacy Lead in activating Dyson ANZ Advocacy strategies which includes involvement in brief creation, project WIPs, Dyson asset sharing, experiential / event support, content review and approvals, creative reviews and ideation, assessing performance data and circulating reports to the key business stakeholders
Partner with the CRM and Analytics teams to expand the role of the Dyson owners Trial Program into an omni-channel experience and mechanism to engage our owners in recommending our products online
To be successful in this role you will bring solid experience using social monitoring platforms, specifically Sprinklr and Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You will have a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to ever changing business needs and a strong passion for all things digital, always looking to learn the most cutting-edge methodologies in web marketing and in e-commerce.
Previous skills and experience:-
Degree level qualification in Marketing
Comprehensive understanding and social landscape across ANZ
Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work calmly under pressure, work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Ability to manage own workload, work autonomously and as part of a team
Advanced Microsoft suite
