About the role
The Affiliate & Partner Manager will be responsible for driving the Affiliate and Partner business as a high converting traffic driving channel for Dyson.de: you will plan, lead and deliver campaigns to drive traffic to dyson.de through existing partners as well as by onboarding new partners.
Working with a cross functional team both within Germany as well as EMEA functions, you will coordinate the delivery of targeted partner offers and campaigns while ensuring brand fit, trading strategy alignment and profitability. You will be working closely with digital media, E-commerce as well as marketing teams. You will be responsible for all KPIs along the E-Commerce Equation such as traffic, CR, volume, revenue as well as ROAS, CPA, ROI for the affiliate channel.
Own the planning and forecasting process for affiliates and partners.
Own the affiliate marketing budget, allocating spend to campaigns and managing POs to support this.
Monitor affiliate performance, create regular reportings and identify opportunities and risks and optimise based on learnings. Track performance against KPIs daily.
Support the Webshop Trading Manager to drive promotions and sales through affiliate activations, reacting to changes in the trading landscape both internally and externally.
Hold a direct relationship with our biggest affiliate partner Payback incl. joint forecasting, joint business planning and performance analysis of all campaigns.
Onboard relevant new affiliates and partners in line with the broader Dyson.de strategy.
Degree in business, marketing, sales or related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar role in E-commerce or digital marketing (ideally including a strong network in the affiliates industry)
A proven track record of working effectively in a sales-centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies
Experience working closely with and partnering with cross functional teams especially E-Commerce, Digital Analytics, Logistics, Paid Media, Creative and Category teams including the ability to influence people without formal reporting line
Experience working with media agencies
Experience in a highly dynamic environment
A high level of independence, dedication and organization
Able to organize own priorities to align with business priorities
Knowledge and understanding of major analytics tools such as Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics
Extensive knowledge of Excel and affinity for numbers. Able to make decisions based on data.
Project Management: scheduling, tracking, reporting
Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus.
