About the role.
As our Affiliate Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive high-converting traffic for Dyson's online platforms.
- Plan, lead, and execute campaigns to attract new affiliates and partners while optimizing performance with existing ones.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget, allocating resources to campaigns and monitoring spending.
- Analyze affiliate performance, generate regular reports, and identify optimization opportunities to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Digital Analytics, Paid Media, and Creative to ensure alignment with trading strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with key affiliate partners, including joint forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
- Onboard new affiliates in line with Dyson's overall strategy and objectives.
- Own and evolve the market affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and media packages, optimizing campaign performance against KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and network data to support strategic decision-making and future planning.
About you.
Dyson is a fast paced and agile company. The below is an example of your main accountabilities but is not a complete list - what matters to us, is relevant experience alongside innovative thinking and a drive to deliver across e-commerce EMEA markets.
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
- At least four years of experience in E-commerce or digital marketing, with a strong network in the affiliates industry.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a sales-centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Digital Analytics, Logistics, Paid Media, and Creative.
- Proficiency in major analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Project management skills including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and media packages across various campaign types.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations for growth.
