Assistant Brand Manager, Lightweight

As a global technology enterprise, our business is built from a desire to solve the problems others ignore. We invented the first bagless vacuum, and developed an extensive range of floor cleaning solution including cordless vacuum, wet & dry vacuum, floor washer as well as robot.  We are looking for a talent who are passionate with working with us to drive floor care portfolio growth for China market.

Job Description

As ABM, you will work closely with you line manager, to initiate and implement category strategy in the collaboration with global/local X-function to take lead of our biz

NPD project management:

  • You will work together with line mgr for NPD project in terms of value proposition develop’t, product superiority asset develop’t, pricing & channel strategy alignment with key stakeholders.

Existing portfolio management:

  • You need to track & analyses current portfolio biz performance by leveraging internal & external data,  translates those diagnosis into biz insight with actionable plan

Brand communication develop’t

  • Following through Line manager’s guidance, you will work closely with internal and external team to implement integrated marketing communication plan, this will includes campaign msg & asset delivery, media & social campaign execution, e-com & retail experience revamp in line with campaign strategy & post launch performance tracking

  • Strong project management & result driven mindset
  • Open-minded & resilience 

Desired working experience:

  • Min. 3-4 years marketing experiences, end to end Mktg is a PLUS
  • FMCG, healthcare & technology brands are preferred
  • Fluent spoken & written English
