Assistant Brand Manager, PC

About us

The candidate will assist line manager to build superior product stories and lead business growth of responsible sub categories, through portfolio management, business analysis and new product launch.

About the role

Brand and product management:

  • Develop and execute tactic plan, in line with category strategy, to accelerate the business growth and sales target;

  • Governance product supply with global/ local teams, such as supply chain, engineers, Graphic and Packaging, etc., and co-work with sales team to ensure accurate sales forecast and supply fulfillment

  • Co-work with global commercial team and engineers to seek for continuous improvement of the products, and consumer experience;

  • Consolidate brand/ product content plan/ message with PR, digital, retail, event, customer service, sales teams to ensure consistent brand voice in the market, and able to adapt per specific needs/ tone and voice;

  • Able to measure, evaluate, and improve media performance and link back to business objective (performance media);

  • Review effectiveness and efficiency of media spending and propose constant improvement.



Budget management

  • Assist line manage to develop annual budget plan

  • Assist line manage to protect brand/ product profitability

  • Governance brand/ product spending through SAP operation and drive efficiency and effectiveness


Qualifications/ Skills/ Behaviors:

  • Driven by the desire to win and for continuous improvement;

  • Passionate about dyson/technology/long term development in marketing;

  • Detail oriented, plan and materials produced must be meticulously executed;

  • Team player, flexible, patient, and able to work cross-functionally, managing and motivating stakeholders.

  • Good commercial analysis skills

  • Good communication and storytelling skills

About you

Desired working experience:

  • Min. 2 years MNC working experience;

  • Specialized in Marketing with experience including NPD launch;

  • FMCG, lifestyle brands, healthcare and technology brands preferred

  • Multiple channel understanding of department store, retail and online
