Assistant Business Development Manager

Dyson has made a major strategic expansion into Asia.

At the heart of the Asia expansion is the decision to create a strong Dyson team on the ground in Shanghai, where this role will be based.

 Why we need that role?

-E-commerce is a booming business model with high growth and deep penetration. It is an important aspect for Dyson in China in both marketing and sales.--Dyson E-commerce in leading position due to its strong Ecommerce sales team and excellent function teams .And right now we want  a people to communicate with cross function teams, and manage online relevant  activities, and dig dive online and MKT data to support further online business development.

What unique personality the right person need to have?

-Good communication and cross function skills-Good project management skill-Good thinking logistic and self-motivated

Which the  experienced  of the right person have will be better?

-Well knowing online business and as a real online team member  in his/her last work experience.-Have an impressive showcase in his/her last work.

What is the most important thing for the right  person.

-Show big interested in dyson or dyson tech as a big dyson fan.

Position summary – key responsibilities

-Delivery the B2C online store sales target .

-According to the dyson brand strategy , delivery it on the store page/marketing campaign activity/customer communication…

-Analyze the store operation data /marketing data/…seek for the opportunity to drive business better.

-Work with cross function teams and TP to make the store have better performance ,not only the sales performance but also the customer experience.

-Build up good relationship with customer ,get more resource from customer to support the sales target achievement .

The right person

-University Degree in E-commerce, Marketing,  Communication or related field.

-Fluent in both written and verbal English.

-Work in E-commerce industry at least 3 years ,especially work in B2C online business model as a  shop owner.

-Solid experienced and skilled in online store operation.(traffic driving, page design, content communication…)

-Good understanding /experience in digital marketing activities, and brand marketing strategy .

-Strong organizational & project management skills.

-Good cross function communication & collaboration skills.
