Assistant Business Planning & Coordination Manager

•Develop and manage Dyson Wechat direct business to drive increasing volume, sustained revenue, profit growth, and energize Omni-channel experience in support of Dyson’s overall sales strategy;

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES (and supporting activities):

1.Able to well plan the direct business on WeChat, including product portfolio, consumer engagement and education and conversion initiatives, based on the platform attributes;

2.Manage and continuously improve the shopping experience on WeChat including UI/UX, customer service, VM, and etc.;

3.Constantly track business performance and provide regular review reports including data and derived insights to adjust strategy timely;

4.Build and maintain good relationship with Wechat partners internally and externally, to operate smoothly and deliver targets;


1.3+ years of e-commerce operation experience, Wechat or other D2C platform preferred;

2.Strong at sales planning, campaign development and project management; able to analyze with insights from data and relevant research;

3.Responsible, result driven and able to multi-task;

4.Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capability;

5.Has good command of Chinese and English both in written and verbally.
