Job Description

 

Overview

Work together with line manager to enhance Dyson Digital excellence setup, also work with cross-function team to leverage the capability to benefit real business.

About the role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop briefs along with interdepartmental partners for the creative teams to guide the direction and execution of content across channels and mediums, inclusive of written and visual content across social, web and events

  • Develop and execute on content plans for new product launches and manage delivering content to cross-functional teams to drive awareness

  • Help maintain an editorial calendar of releases

  • Content performance tracking and data analytics

  • Regularly propose, create and edit content and the content of the team

  • Maintain an in-depth level of familiarity and product knowledge across all lines of business

  • Manage success and growth of teammates

  • Align with BU, Brand activation and ecommerce buying team on marketing calendar and merchandizing priorities.

  • Execute and implement marketing calendar according to aligned plan. Constantly track, evaluate and optimize results.

  • Gain traffic and market share from competition and unauthorized dealers on ecommerce platforms

  • Win on Key commercial events of the platforms.

  • Collaborate with CRM to recruit new members and activate existing members on both Tmall & .com

  • Document all activations by monitoring results vs Objectives/KPI with support of Business Planning/Web Analytics team.

  • Collaborate Brand comm team on traffic direct to eCommerce. Track and report the performance for future optimization.

  • Support and manage agency on in-platform social media campaign and track the result

About you

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative field

  • 5+ years of related experience creating content in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent Copywriting/editing skills

  • Significant experience in creating visual design, photography, and video

  • Extreme attention to details

  • Skilled at maintaining cross-functional working relationships.

  • Exceptional visual and oral communication skills.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects.

  • Demonstrated an ability to deliver under tight timing constraints

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Good at Mandarin and English
