The Assistant eCommerce Manager will be driving the online business including Direct Online HKTW, Direct Marketplaces; you will help deliver the sales planning and implementation of the digital business. You are expected to work closely with a network of digital, marketing and sales colleagues based in Dyson’s global as well as local functions and reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager.

About The Role
 

  • Develop, plan and execute product sales promotions and oversee onsite pricing tactics
  • Manage sales campaign daily operations and optimizations to ensure align with campaign goal,
  • Handle website & creative assets creation and ensure accuracy of marketing materials of sales campaign
  • Develop and execute all online store campaigns and updates, including advertising, creative materials working with designers and copywriters
  • Work with media agency and marketplaces or for traffic generation and well leverage the channel marketing and database resources with a sound return and effectiveness vs investment
  • Create and maintain internal dashboard to monitor sales trend and revenues, share insights and thoughts to optimize results
  • Assist in driving initiatives on brand.com including but not limited to SEO, website CS + sales operations for direct HKTW
  • Increase Direct Marketplaces average order value by highlighting the NPDs and exclusive models, together with a well-planned Direct ranging strategy
  • Oversee and manage the logistic and customer enquiry handling for all relevant eCommerce platforms
  • Explore partnership with external partners (e.g. banks) for Dyson.com and HKTV Mall
  • Other administrations, ad hoc tasks & projects as required 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Ecommerce or related discipline
  • 5 years or above relevant experience in eCommerce, preferably hands-on experience in 3rd party marketplaces (e.g., HKTVmall, ZALORA etc.)
  • Strong performance media knowledge, understanding in eCommerce and sales and marketing as a plus
  • Preferred to have multinational retail industry experience
  • A team player, able to multi-task, work independently and work under tight schedule
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
