About us

Supply Chain and Logistic Department is responsible of planning and logistic operations and also manage logistic cost. Planning operations consist of integrated business planning, inventory management, forecasting, new product introducing and master data management. Logistic operations consist of all physical flow of goods from manufacturing to customer house or retail sales point, local warehouse management and return operations

About the role

  • Manages 3PL operations effectively and efficiently
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer orders, complaints, and requests are processed in a timely, accurate, and cost effective manner 
  • Develops, implements and advice effective systems and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the operation
  •  Monitors warehouse services and determines best methods to overcome obstacles while maintaining acceptable service levels
  •  Reviews and answers inquiries from customer service, customers, sales, retails and management;
  •  Manages distribution and return logistics operations using defined KPIs
  •  Manages warehouse and all order processing operations using defined KPIs
  •  Manage SAP transactions and ensure a smooth info flow between 3pl and SAP
  •  Reports logistics metrics
  •  Responsible of logistics cost management

About you

-        Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain, logistic or related

-        4 - 7 years’ experience in logistic operation execution experience in global transportation, warehousing, and distribution management

-        Fluency in English

-        3-5years’ SAP experience, Key/Super User experience will be an asset

-        The candidate should be a proficient user of MS Excel

-        Strong communication skills , good organizational and planning skills

-        Positive, motivated, willingness to learn and develop process

-        Attention to detail

-        Problem solving skills
