About the role

Drive Sales Performance

  • Understand overall business plan and business priorities for Department store channel
  • To plan and execute yearly quarterly, monthly business plan to deliver sales result
  • Ensure all assigned stores to achieve sales target and profitability target

Premium Retail Execution

  • Demonstrate a high level of retail execution to deliver premium experience to consumer
  • Develop and upgrade the capability of the Experts and Stylists to deliver effective sales
  • Excel execution of any retail activation including in-store and in-department store activations to position dyson a s premium retail in department store

Management / Communication

  • Work collaboratively with x-functional teams to achieve target and key KPIs
  • Sales report to fast react to risk and opportunities
  • Plan and deploy monthly/weekly business plan for assigned stores
  • Proactively plan, execute all sales activities for assigned stores
  • Manage and lead store staff (Experts and Stylists) for assigned stores
  • Drive action plans with each store to increase sales opportunities and sales growth

KPIs

  • Quantitative: Sell out volume Target Achievement %/Store productivity/FTE productivity
  • Qualitative: MSP Index / NPS, demonstrate excellence in-store execution and retail activation

About you

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of Retail Operation Experience in Korea
  • Communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English and Native in Korean
  • Computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
