About The Role:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Paid Media Specialist: Digital + Traditional Media
- Brand Media marketing expert
- Prior experience of strategizing, planning and running 360 degree paid media campaigns across mediums
- Prior experience having run extensive Digital, Print, TV and OOH campaigns
- Extensive experience of running digital brand and performance campaigns across biddable and other media channels
- A channel agnostic media marketer with focus on consumer centricity and deliver the right message through the best possible medium to the consumer
- Experience of executing strategic and tactical campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels and share weekly/monthly reports with internal stakeholders in partnership with our media agency
- Ability to drive innovation in media across traditional and new media
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
- Understand and analyze media consumption behavior across channels and provide data driven actionable insights to be implemented across channels and across user journeys.
- Develop insights from owner database feeding into future plans
- 6-8 years of proven experience as a paid media marketing expert
- Prior proven experience of driving business results through data and analytics
- Expertise working with the following intelligence tools – Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio or any other
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other ecommerce tools like decibel, magento, botify is a plus
- Enjoys working in a fast paced & ever-changing environment
- Self-starter with lots of initiative and a positive attitude
- Strong team player
