Support the repair center manager to build strong lean, QMS and EHS management mechanism and supporting repair centre daily operation.


  1. Lean

    1). 5S management for repair centre sites

    2). Repair centre sites space management

    2). Make use of lean tools (eg. VSM) to find out pain points in process

    3). Initiate lean programs to eliminate waste and improve work efficiency


  1. EHS

    1). Compile EHS documents according to company’s requirements and other applicable

         EHS regulation and codes

    2). Perform daily EHS inspection, track and push each responsible person to take proper

         corrective and preventive actions in time

    3). Prepare EHS training materials and deliver which to repair centre employees

    4). Be responsible for EHS cases investigation, organize emergency drill and internal audit


  1. QMS

    1). Standardize and optimize business processes, ensure system (ISO9001) are running


    2). New document review, approve, release and upgrade

    3). Prepare QMS related training materials (QMS manual, processes and QMS policy)

         and deliver which to repair centre employees

    4). Be responsible for QMS cases investigation and internal audit


  1. Bachelor degree or above

  2. 5 years’ work experience, 2 years’ experience in EHS or QMS or Lean

  3. Good English language skill in reading and writing

  4. Be familiar with office software (Excel, PowerPoint,Visio…)

  5. Digital mind-set

  6. Independent and & problem-solving attitude

  7. Rich program experience is a plus
