Job Title:          Site Merchandiser (Associate eCommerce Manager)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Site Merchandiser will be working on the US Direct team, driving a best-in-class customer experience for our cross-category campaigns and initiatives – including owner experience (support) and affiliates. Responsibilities include launching creative campaigns, optimizing messaging, and developing strategies to increase customer engagement, improve customer experience, and drive conversion. It also contributes to the development and testing of new site features and capabilities, working closely with our category marketing and tech teams. 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES 

Business Ownership

  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams to ensure assortment and customer communications lead to desired business results
  • Work closely with our Affiliates agency to define forecast, deliver on revenue targets (20% of Dyson.com) while staying within budget. 
  • Leverage web analytics to understand performance of and customer interaction with site content and owner support content to identify business opportunities and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Represent eCommerce in cross-functional forums and provide expert contributions to drive forward owner experience priorities, as well as supporting projects and initiatives that touch upon support journeys.

Digital Creative Support

  • Work closely with category site merchandisers, creative and marketing teams to develop digital creative for website for key XCAT campaigns
  • Set-up and manage creative assets across the site, including Homepage, Deals page, Support pages, Stores pages 

Site Maintenance

  • Ensure accuracy of all creative assets and tracking for actionable reporting
  • Build product pages in support of new product launches
  • Resolve all issues and errors logged within the areas of focus – working closely with the site operations team to find solutions to technical issues as well as identifying technical enhancement opportunities within the owner areas of the website
  • Optimize Owner & Dyson Support journeys throughout the website to create a best-in-class owner experience
  • Ensure appropriate product set up for seamless registration and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Lead owner rewards merchandising needs

Other Requirements

INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Education

  • 2-4 years working experience in site merchandising or for a transactional ecommerce website
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements
  • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager, or other content management system as well as promotional content management systems preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
