Dyson has made a major strategic expansion into Asia.
At the heart of the Asia expansion is the decision to create a strong Dyson team on the ground in Shanghai, where this role will be based. The total team is currently around 120 people, growing to more than 240 in 2017.
E-Commerce is a booming business model with high growth and deep penetration. It is an important aspect for Dyson in China in terms of both marketing and sales.
The E-commerce team consists of Alibaba group, JD group, Expansion group and Direct group.
JD is one of the key customers and play a very import role with high contribution.
About the role
(Including JBP, daily operation, investment ROI, traffic management, promotion, co-marketing corporations)
2.People coaching for account and data management
3.Trading terms Negotiations
4.Ensure the online excellence through hot zones visibility (Paid, trading, organic traffic and conversion rate)
5.TP/Agency management to ensure the daily operation
6.Cross-functional communication for improving Forecast, CFR, OOS, pricing etc.
Education, qualifications and training :
University and above
7 years working experience (~-1992)
current 3 years cover JD account management experience
Well business Skill, familiar with digital /CRM/livestream/content knowledge and dig out business opps.
Well used of JD compass database, shangzhi（商智）, JZT(京准通), CPD, CPC, etc.
well communication skill and conflict handle skilks
Familiar with JD cross functional team ( sales, buyer team, controller, SBD team(三超团队）, marketing team, Donglian and JD&Tencent team )
Specialized knowledge or skills required
Fluent English, Strong Negotiation skill, High learning agility
