Dyson has established salon team in 2016, responsible for both covering more stylists with pro supersonic and leveraging stylists and salon resource to benefit consumer market. Salon team’s work covers all related issues, digging further potential stylist market; looking for new business ways in both online & offline models; expand influence in salon industry; cooperating with cross function team to enhance influence from professional stylists to consumers, like LS, content output, Styling Demo, PS Training. Salon team is irreplaceable and important in Dyson, thus we need creative ideas, professional thoughts, and efficient execution to make a different and better salon channel.

About Role

  • Lead Dyson salon team hit sales target, build stylist CRM system, and keep stylist engagement and target salon relationship.  

  • Distributor management: make clear distributor target & scorecard, ensure sell in/sell out/activity target achieving.

  • Closely work with cross functional team including marketing, live streaming and training to execute salon business plan, and ensure accuracy and deliverable quality

  • Support channel budget running and campaign ROI. Make sure well investment and always chasing efficiency optimization.

  • Be sensitive on industry trend, competitor movements and related intelligence; Team build and people management

About You

  • 4-5 years of working experience, at least 2 years of E-Commerce experience, E-Mkt background is also preferred

  • Good learning agility and planning skills of dealing complexity

  • Good communication skill internally/externally with result oriented mind-set

  • Proactive and self-motivated, adaptive to change
