As a global technology enterprise, we are looking for a talent who are passionate with working with us to drive purifier/non-purifier portfolio growth for China market, where is one of our biggest environment care market globally.

Job Description

You will lead EC category team, working closely with global/local X-function to craft portfolio growth strategy, take lead of disruptive NPDs launch & design & implement seasonal consumer campaign

Purifier/non-purifier portfolio management:

  • Lead overall portfolio management including range optimization, pricing, channel & geo strategy by implementing solid market & consumer analysis
  • Work closely with Global team to drive new product develop’t project in response to local competition
  • Lead purifier/non-purifier NPD commercial launch, design, align & implement NPD strategy into China market
  • Governance product supply with global/ local team to ensure accurate sales forecast and supply fulfilment

Brand communication develop’t

  • Design and execute NPD, seasonal/moment-base brand campaign, in line with category strategy, to accelerate the business growth and to drive consumer penetration
  • co-work with in-house creative team as well as to external agency to ensure excellent brand presence and engagement across all consumer touch-points

Media strategy develop’t

  • lead overall category media investment strategy and co-work with media team/media buy agency to develop annual/quarter media plan
  • monitor & track media performance with 3rd party data, improve media efficiency with actionable initiatives

PnL management

  • Track & monitor category & SKUs level PnL, to drive category profitability delivery increase by multi biz dimension diagnosis
  • Marketing spending management

Team management

  • Coach & grow your team’s subordinate

About You:

  • Strong leadership

  • Strong project management & result driven mindset

Desired working experience:

  • Min. 6-8 years marketing experiences, end to end Mktg is a PLUS
  • FMCG, healthcare & technology brands are preferred
  • Fluent spoken & written English
