As the Business Analyst for Dyson Professional (B2B) you will work out of either the Malmesbury or Amsterdam office and will report directly to the EMEA General Manager. Your role will include performing detailed salesforce & pipeline analysis, documenting processes, and measuring and understanding key business challenges.


  • Sitting within the Dyson Professional (B2B) business unit, you will be pivotal in bringing data and metrics to the Dyson ways of working
  • Your role as the Business Analyst will be to develop and track KPIs for the Dyson Professional business unit across sales, marketing and operations
  • You will drive the evaluation of business processes, whilst uncovering areas for improvement and developing scalable solutions 
  • As the Business Analyst you will also lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing strategy optimisation
  • You will effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, and educate them as to the importance of business analysis


  • As our Business Analyst you will have extensive experience in an analytical business support role 
  • You will demonstrate exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into easy to understand insights
  • You’ll have the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. You will also challenge their ways of thinking by providing data-led insights
  • As our Business Analyst you will have experience working with Salesforce as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • You will be comfortable in creating detailed reports as well as presenting to large stakeholder groups
  • You will be educated with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field
