About the roleYou'll define the business change strategy for Digital Workplace related initiatives into the Dyson business, this role is needed to ensure that for every Digital Workplace project/enhancement a business change plan is defined, tracked and executed. Business change deliverable's will need to be communicated to a high standard through training workshops, guides and videos.
You'll manage the service introduction of project and enhancements into support teams, driving high levels of business engagement with new and enhanced Digital workplace initiatives up to Senior Exec level but you'll also be able to to act as a guide and mentor to the business throughout the change life cycle. Driving continual service improvement into the IT business change makes up a lot of this role, taking advantage of new business change techniques and evidencing learning's from previous project business change delivery is an important element to the role. We're also looking for someone who has a strong desire to stay abreast of trends in business change including techniques, approaches, processes to ensure high standards of global IT business change is carried out across Dyson.
About youYou'll have previous experience and knowledge of implementing and driving IT Business Change, it would be highly advantageous if you have a technical understanding of Office 365 and or ServiceNow. You'll have experience of business change management approaches and methodologies, and will be comfortable in communicating effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation including up to Board level. You're always looking to set Business Change strategies, road-maps, policies and processes and naturally have an ability to navigate through change and lead by example through an ambiguous environment.
