Position:Business Development Manager, Corp Sales

Key Area of Responsibility:

Business Development and Brand ambassador 

o   Deliver Sales target for the responsible channel partners/agencies/key customers and also monitor the sell out 

o   Focus on Corp Sales business including Employee benefit, Corporate gift, Redemption, and member programs 

o   Work closely with the partners to focus on Dyson products for their different programs and channels. Set the timeline with necessary actions

o   Be ambitious and aggressive on business growth. Build C-suite level relationship for key customers.

o   Be a brand ambassador for the company, introduce company and tailor made company solution to the target customers in different sectors and business models

o   Provide product demonstration oneself or with channel partners to potential customers if needed

o   Collaborate and work closely with internal team for different projects and new account set up

Channels Management:

o   Implement company brand guideline and provide direction to channel partners; Make sure transparency is there and control the sell out channels to avoid disruption on the markets

o   Manage the channels partners according different models and collaboration methods. 

o   Distribution system optimization: Separate, recruiting, maintaining distributors/partners according to their sales performance, integrity & loyalty, cost management, creativity etc with score card review quarterly

o   Negotiation: Act as a gate keeper for discount/support with distributors, and end customers. 

o   Protect the brand and make sure no misuse or over use from channel partners/agencies. All business related matter has to be monitored and reported to us from the channel partners/agencies

Business Forecast and Reporting

o   Provide sales Forecast of each channels or key customers

o   Work with Sales operation for production plan to make sure enough stock in each market/channel

o   Provide marketing insights and trend, spot out opportunities/risk , then provide evaluation with possible solution and growth plans

o   Regular communication among marketing team, sales operation, technical, and brand communication for lean process, drive efficiency, cost saving, and maximize profitability

o   Work closely with Sales Director GCH ensuring full transparency, on-going reporting, and open communication at all times.

o   Timely report if there is urgent and important issues /conditions

Requirement:

o   Degree holder prefer to be engineering or business equivalent

o   7+ years experience in Sales roles with solid sales tracking record and some management experience, can also be individual contributor

o   experience in hospitality sector or have expereience in selling Corp Sales /gifting business is prefered

o   Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

o   Have positive atitude, hard working, and willing to take on challenges and overcome

o   Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities/risk and sales patterns

o   Planning, organization and problem solving skills

o   Be open minded, transparent to management, willing to try new things, and don't mind challenges daily

o   Work under good brand (know about value of branding), high end products (can deal with high selling price but cost driven sales)  is prefered

o   Can speak english beside Mandarin 

o   Good at MS excel & Powerpoint
