About us
Dyson has established salon team in 2016,
responsible for both covering more stylists with pro supersonic and leveraging
stylists and salon resource to benefit consumer market. Salon team’s work
covers all related issues, digging further potential stylist market; looking
for new business ways in both online & offline models; expand influence in
salon industry; cooperating with cross function team to enhance influence from
professional stylists to consumers, like LS, content output, Styling Demo, PS
Training. Salon team is irreplaceable and important in Dyson, thus we need
creative ideas, professional thoughts, and efficient execution to make a
different and better salon channel.
About the role
- Be sensitive on industry trend, competitor movements and related intelligence;
About you
Bachelor degree above;
- Minimum 7 years working experience, with 3-5+ years plus working experience in salon PRO industry;
- Very fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent in project management and communications;
- Strong analytical skills to sort through complex data to make clear action suggestions;
- A good team player and leadership
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong business sense
