Our Cafe facilities are open between 7.30am to 5pm and shifts will fall between these operating hours, with the successful candidate working an 8 and a half hour day.
The Dyson café team are hard-working and customer focused to ensure all employees onsite receive a friendly service. At the helm of the café is our Michelin-trained head chef, who has put together an excellent and affordable menu for everyone to enjoy.
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Basic food preparation
- Keeping away of stocks and deliveries
- Assisting the Commis chefs and Chef de Parties
- Serving hot drinks and snacks at the coffee bar
- Assist in the serving of food in the cafe
- Following the protocols of the kitchen to maintain the standards for hygiene and safety
Skills
- Basic kitchen skills and knowledge
- Food handler certificate
- Strong customer skills are paramount, ideally gained from within a similar environment.
- Must have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to work well within a team.
