About the role
Entrepreneur in charge of planning / establishing/scaling a CoE for Process Mining / Execution Management
Focus on business impact and continuous value realization
Regular alignment with Executive Sponsor(s) regarding targets, KPIs and strategic direction
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across different business units and functions to discover inefficiencies and drive process execution improvements
Generate demand with BPOs and drive adoption
Prioritize projects based on business value and impact
Build and manage team with Data Analyst(s), Data Engineer(s) etc., assure training and qualification
Define and manage CoE offering, portfolio and innovation
Initiate and vitalize community, identify and engage process champions, organize roadshows and communications
Manage budget and value realization
About you
Experience in Celonis is a must
Entrepreneurial spirit, with good knowledge and understanding of business- and IT- side
Capability to align CoE value proposition with business and strategy, engage with Executive Sponsor(s)
5+ years of extensive experience in large scale business process transformation projects
3+ years experience in deploying Process Mining in complex global environment, ideally as CoE lead
Capability to manage and inspire team
Capability to fight resistance and reluctance, drive process transformation and organizational change
Proven problem solving skills, business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in customer and leadership presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
