Our Environmental Care category at Dyson is now over ten years old; inaugurated by the world’s first bladeless fan and now focused on market-leading air treatment and connected lighting technology. As a category, our vision is to improve the well-being of millions of Dyson owners each year through better technology. And to become a trusted voice in air quality. The category has seen huge growth over the last couple of years due to heightened awareness of air quality around the world, and we’re looking for somebody to come on this journey with us!

This exciting opportunity as a Global Campaign Executive would mean working on a variety of disruptive product launches, campaigns, channels and strategies. You’d be responsible for effectively managing campaigns from the initial briefing, to the concept creation and post-campaign analysis. You’ll also work closely with our media agency to develop global media strategies which can be easily implemented in markets. 

Our campaigns team work with our internal creative teams to develop assets for ATL + BTL channels, as well as for our Dyson owned channels and 3rd party retailers. Whist we don’t expect you to have experience across all of these, a drive to learn, move projects forward and develop your skillset whilst in the role would be key. This is a global role, so being able to build relationships with different teams and stakeholders around the business is also very important. Stakeholders include Legal teams, Claims teams, Engineering, Market teams and more!

Accountabilities / Criteria

  • Brief writing and management of creative, channel and media briefings
  • Support in the development and delivery of integrated NPD launch campaigns and media strategies
  •  Working with the in-house creative teams to deliver the vision and inspire the creatives 
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to provide constructive creative feedback 
  • Ownership of our Environmental Care organic social strategy, calendar and content creation
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on fast-moving projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence in the right way
  • Tracking of campaign performance and ongoing optimisation 
  • Comfortable with change, confident to own projects and get the job done
  • Ability to adhere to processes and best practice to ensure campaigns are accurate and compliant

Market Overview

Home to our global Research, Design and Development centre and all of our Commercial functions, Dyson UK office is tucked away in countryside famous for the railway tunnels and bridges of Isambard Brunel, who revolutionised modern engineering. Our secluded location helps us to protect our ideas and stay independent-minded. Yet nearby are the vibrant cities of Bristol and Bath.
 
The Malmesbury campus is the heartbeat of Dyson. Over 1,500 people, including James himself, spend their days strategising, inventing technology and telling the Dyson story to the world. This role will be based in here alongside over 300 marketers and creatives, with some ad hoc international travel as required by projects.
