About Us

You will be a part of the Global Compliance and Approvals Team. We remove the barriers to accessing markets to make sure that Dyson products are met the regulations and standards.

We are responsible for ensuring that all Dyson products comply with all relevant regulations, standards and legislation in over 90 countries. We use internationally recognised standards to demonstrate compliance as well as country or region specific standards.

About The Role

To support the Compliance Support & Materials Compliance team in administrative tasks, this shall include in particular, but not by way of limitation, the following:

  • Responsible for supplier declaration document processing for which includes:

  • BOM and part list checking on DRMS declarations 

  • Document scanning

  • Prepare for sign-off

  • ETF creation and tracking to Registry (for document distribution to PSAs)

  • Assist in document checking of parts/materials compliance against requirements/legislations in DRMS document

  • Responsible for resource tracker data update , analysis and reporting via Allocate system which include:

    Weekly resource allocation status from the data input in Allocate system

    Project Commitment report from Allocate system

    New project data maintenance and checking

  • Weekly Compliance report updates based on SKU tracker

About You

  • Minimum 2 years working experience.

  • Candidate with good computer programming knowledge and skill is preferable.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team e.g. assist in meeting arrangement, meeting agenda preparation and transport arrangement.

  • Any other administrative tasks as identified by Superior.
