The Connectivity team is responsible for the MyDyson App roadmap, prioritising new features that hero our pioneering projects and technology. Our focus is on evolving our suite of Dyson Apps to become broader owner channels, using our expertise and driving innovation, all to design the seamless digital experiences that set us apart from the competition.

About the Role

The scrum master role is key to support our culture of trust and respect and highlight the importance of every team member’s contribution. They understand how to leverage Agile methods to enable teams to deliver effectively.

Working with Product Management, User Experience, User Research, and App and Cloud teams, you will:

• Manage cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies and hero a delivery focus

• Support the Product Manager, to ensure ceremonies are well prepared and executed

• Work collaboratively to remove and mitigate risks

• Monitor team health and performance

• Work with the wider leadership team to maintain, coach and improve Agile practices.

• Work in two-week sprint cycles, encouraging the team to deliver against their goals

• Ensure agreed scope of work is delivered on time

About you

• Experience as a Scrum Master and/or in SAFe Agile delivery

• Working knowledge of the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbally

• Positive, proactive goal-oriented problem solver

• Enjoy working with and motivating others, being flexible to adapt approach to achieve goal

• Ability to multi-task, prioritise own and others work according to a changing business environment
