About the Role:
In order to meet the demands of our growth we are hiring a CRM Campaign Specialist to help with day-to-day operations on our ecommerce team. The roles has significant opportunity for growth. Reporting to the CRM & Lifecycle Campaign Manager, this role will work with the regional team to create and execute email programs that effectively reach and engage owners across the Americas. As an CRM Campaign Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the US, Canada and Mexico eCommerce teams in developing and implementing targeted and relevant automated campaigns with specific focus on product lifecycle programs. You will develop and execute programs across the Americas (US, Canada and Mexico), working with the campaign creative team and market category teams to develop owner communications, leveraging global best practices. This includes working with agency partners and internal stakeholders on coordinating, executing, and reporting on lifecycle campaigns, ensuring owners are reached with the right message at the right time in the right channel.
Main Accountabilities and Supporting Activities
Own end-to-end production of email campaigns, including audience segmentation, email creative and data briefs, A/B testing, QA and reporting.
Briefing and overseeing the work of internal teams, designers and copywriters, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
Measure, analyze, and share campaign performance, test results, and other learnings to inform decision-making across the team.
Manage our email pipeline and keep stakeholders updated on asset due dates, and project mange ad-hoc email campaigns initiated by brief stakeholders on the email operations processes and deliverables.
Assist in the development and execution of owner engagement initiatives, roadmaps and calendars, partnering with cross-functional teams especially Customer Service, Insights, COE, Media, Category, Events and other marketing teams.
An ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of
The implementation, tracking and measurement of email marketing or lifecycle campaigns campaigns
Complex multi-step campaigns in a CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) with HTML knowledge a plus
Data privacy and compliance best practices in the region
Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a target graduation date of May 2023
1-3 years of direct/email marketing or lifecycle experience, with specific digital marketing and social media campaigns preferred.
Obsessed with detail and testing, triple-checking that all emails work perfectly before deployment and comfortable working with HTML and Adobe Analytics.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person.
Proactive, creative, team player who enjoys solving problems and sharing new ideas.
Excellent time management, organizational and project management skills in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
Ability to collaborate and gain alignment cross-functionally.
Agile and adaptable to competing priorities, frequently changing plans and can balance working independently along with working closely with other teams.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Experience working with CRM systems/data environments, ESPs and web infrastructure, tools for campaign management, marketing automation and social media platform activation are a plus.
