About the Role
Part of the ANZ team, you will work within the Owner Experience team, driving customer retention through the consistent delivery of onboarding, lifecycle and other owner email communications.
You will enable the ANZ function to activate and execute compliant campaigns to our Owners at the right time, tight touchpoint and right moment.
The CRM Manager will be equal parts creative, technical and analytical; an expert in data-driven marketing, with multi-channel experience including (but not limited too) email, social media, display and content optimization, while also having a strong eye for design and compelling creative.
You should be able to comfortably use data insights to identify opportunities, build and inform enriched consumer profiles, improve campaign performance and deliver projects that are consumer-centric at their heart, whilst being commercially driven amongst Dyson prospects and owners.
Working with our Insights teams (located in Australia, Singapore and the UK) you will develop audiences targets, build control groups and conduct A/B testing.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Deliver 100% of in year onboarding and lifecycle programs.
Engage with category leads to ensure accuracy of email content and claims
Achieve a standard of excellence in work processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to Dyson policies and all relevant regulatory and legal requirements
Engage with CoE to ensure email setup is correct and scheduled properly
Consistently review programs for effectiveness and correct content
Execute NPD and Promotional calendar of EDM activity in accordance with X-Functional requirements.
Ensure EDMs are reviewed by category, direct, customer service leads and CoE
Communicate EDM results and complete post campaign reviews in a timely manner
Represent the Voice of the Owner and email communications in any cross-category and campaign meetings
Look for opportunities to improve subscribe rates and reduce unsubscribe rates
Provide insights to CRM Manager on overall performance issues with EDMs
Engage with the Advocacy, Brand, Direct and Customer Service teams to understand our owners and tone of voice
Liaise and the brief our local Creative Hub on the creation of any new assets required
Liaise with Group and the CoE as necessary to understand upcoming assets for seasonal and NPD campaigns
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a global matrix structure with a broad range of stakeholders. You'll take a positive approach to problem solving, collaboration and influencing others, and take a complete finisher approach to project work.
Previous skills & experience:-
Solid experience with a proven track record in turning data into engagement strategies that meet consumer’s needs
An innovative thinker with a can-do attitude, who’s not afraid to pick things up, find solutions and demonstrate the values at Dyson
Proactive, creative, team player who enjoys solving problems and enabling those around them
Highly self-motivated and proactive with ability to work both with minimal supervision and as part of a team environment
Strong planning and project management skills and good analytical skills
Email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar), all major local social platforms (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube) and web platforms (Magento or similar)
Managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of CRM campaigns
Web analytics, on site optimization and the ability to detect meaningful audience and behavioural insights
HTML experience
Proven experience working within a marketing team and email scheduling for campaigns
