Responsibilities:

s   Lead Retail Offline CRM. Be responsible to engagement via WeChat Work, lift MAU, encourage PS (Offline sales) execution, performance evaluation and on-going enhancement.

s   Delight members, lift MAU with engagement contents and campaigns.

s   Closely work with mkt and sales team on campaign landing and execution at offline channel.

s   Work with Content team on consumer engagement plan and content creation. And execute the engagement via WeChat Work.

s   Monitor offline execution and engagement performance. And co-working with offline sales team on execution.

s   Design and execute programs to encourage PS (Offline sales) on execution.

s   Support offline events and drive traffic from online WeChat official account.

s   Explore and develop new touch points for member engagement.

s   Supporting O2O in WeChat eco-system.

s   Be responsible to deploy segmentation and personalized engagement in Retail CRM.

 

s   Lead Membership program. Be responsible to execute member benefits plan across omni channels, and in-line with sales, finance team.

s   Ensure member benefits execution.

s   Monitor performance of each member benefit with insights.

s   Enhance member benefits to support recruitment, engagement, and conversion.

s   Be responsible for membership benefits landing at offline channels.

s   Be data-driven and cooperative. Optimize the strategy and plan to improve performance with both data and feedback from cross team.

s   Work closely with Offline & Online Sales team, Training team, WeChat team, Marketing, IT and Creative.

 

Requirements:

Requirement:

s   More than 6 years of working experience in CRM, WeChat work experience is required

s   Experience in SCRM is preferred, e.g. WeChat, Membership operation.

s   Solid skill in Project management

s   Strong executive ability, good communication and teamwork

s   Logical thinking and insight driven

s   Understand and identity brand value, have passion to brand
