Our contact centre is an integral part of Dyson ANZ service team. Our Customer Care team is made up of over 90 Advisors and Team Leaders. We are energetic, results driven and most importantly, team players, who share one common goal – delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the role

On a daily basis, you’ll be connecting with our owners, service agents and retailers via phone, live chat or email. Each query is different and you may find yourself troubleshooting over the phone, educating owners on their machine, placing orders for spare parts or booking in machines for repair. You’ll be driven to find a solution for the customer and will provide them with an experience that transforms them in to a brand advocate.

In your first two weeks in role, you will receive product training that will allow you to educate our owners and resolve many machine faults or errors over the phone or online. Your inquisitive nature means that you will question and analyse information to determine the level of support required. You’ll do all of this in a great team environment, where you’ll contribute to team targets and results and have the support of a Team Leader.
We will be conducting group interviews for this role during the first 2 weeks of August,

About you

You’re an energetic team player who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’re a strong communicator and are pro-active and patient in your support of others. You know how to juggle priorities and manage time effectively and you’ll have an understanding of tools such as Excel, SAP or a CRM system to support your daily work. We would love to see some previous experience in a call centre, but most of all we want to see that you are customer centric and committed to delivering an outstanding service.
