In the role you will be responding to all types of customer correspondence and delivering the highest level of customer service. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to ensure that quality customer service is delivered and all team targets are achieved and exceeded.


  • Taking calls from our Commercial customers 
  • Answer incoming Airblade calls and resolve any query that the customer may have Liaise with FST, Area Managers, BDE’s, logistics and the Commercial Team to obtain a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the business Build meaningful relationships with our B2B customers so they have a point of contact in the Owner Support team Deliver a consistent, best practice approach when dealing with B2B customers 
  • Ensure you adjust your style to engage your audience and provide the best possible resolution, balancing business and customer needs Through daily duties, highlight any potential issues to the Owner Support Team Manager 
  • Take ownership and demonstrate a proactive approach
  • Recommend improvements to the Owner Support Team Manager, demonstrating sound rationale, an understanding of the implications and steps that can be taken to mitigate any risks 
  • Updating the B2B contacts record on a daily basis ensuring that all completed correspondence is recorded accurately 
  • Send weekly and monthly updates to the wider Commercial Team 
  • Fulfill other duties as required


  • A good level of PC competence
