PURPOSE OF ROLE:Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Nordics, the role will ensure high levels of customer service are provided to Dyson Nordics retailers and Dyson Direct stores by executing order desk and logistics processes, working in close collaboration with the Nordics organisation and 3rd party Logistics provider.“Just having satisfied customers is not good enough anymore”

  • Entering and processing customer and internal orders in SAP, ensuring order readiness and completeness for delivery creation
  •  Following up on deliveries with the retailers, Dyson Direct stores and 3rd party warehouse, ensuring delivery on time and in full
  •  Processing customer claims, invoice corrections as per need
  •  Organizing returns and managing refusals based on customer request, processing these in SAP
  •  Being the primary point of contact for retailers and Dyson Direct store managers on queries related to orders, stock movement in SAP and provide solution for those independently in a timely manner
  •  Preparing daily overview to see status of order book and proactively communicate to internal stakeholders any uncertainties in orders and deliveries, while working on resolving those
  •  Create regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support order fulfilment journey
  •  Being the primary escalation point for Sales teams, Dyson Direct store managers and 3rd party Logistics provider in case of issues with orders and deliveries
  •  Suggesting process changes for improving Logistics and Customer service, optimizing cost and increasing productivity


  • Proven Customer Service, Order desk/Logistics or administrative experience
  • Experienced in SAP
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English & at least one Nordic language

  •  Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines – You are a self starter
  •  Self-motivated, independent, dynamic and results-driven
