About the role

Reporting to the Head of IBP, the EMEA Demand Manager would facilitate the Demand Processes at regional level consolidating the 18-month rolling forecast for Finished Goods and Accessories. Ensuring the adherence to the demand methodologies the Demand Planner should build Northern cluster demand figure on monthly and yearly base.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support and coach the demand function throughout the cluster

  • Train & develop the demand function throughout the cluster

  • Support the recruitment of the demand function throughout the region

  • Consolidate all cluster demand for FG&A for IBP submission

  • Manage and develop the team of demand planners

  • Ensure consistent demand planning processes across northern cluster.

  • Identifying demand planning improvements and rolling out best practice across all clusters for FG&A

  • Give demand direction to markets for FG&A

  • Covering for absence at market level for demand planning for FG&A

  • Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.

  • Identify problems and find solutions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • People Management training, supporting and coaching Demand Resources  within the Organization

  • Receiving the outputs of the allocation process between markets for constrained items for FG&A

  • Ensuring consistent demand planning processes across NEU markets for FG&A

  • Identifying demand planning improvements and rolling out best practice across all clusters for FG&A

  • Give demand direction to markets for FG&A

  • Leading the refurbishment planning process, ensuring robust production plans are aligned with market sales plans

  • Ensuring B grade sales are forecasted across the cluster

  • Covering for absence at market level for demand planning for FG&A

About you

Technical:

  • Proven experience and passion in driving demand planning processes

  • Strong knowledge on Demand Planning methodologies

  • Management of a complex company’s ecosystems

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
