Digital Analyst

About us

We are hiring a Digital Analyst to join our growing Dyson Professional team. You will work out of the Malmesbury office and will report directly to the Global Head of Acquisition and Engagement. This role is a key strategic priority for the Dyson Professional organisation as we continue to roll out new digital systems giving us sources of richer data for insight.

About the role

Your main tasks will include performing detailed digital analysis, documenting findings, proposing recommendations to digital campaigns or web changes as well as lead on Digital attribution projects to give us a better picture of channel ROI. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be exceptional at providing clear actionable insights.

  • Work across several digital data sources such as SalesForce, Google Analytics, SA360, and Adobe Analytics, to produce performance reporting and optimisation recommendations
  • Produce reports, dashboards and insights using our data visualisation tools, Tableau and Google Data Studio
  • Lead on digital attribution and platform integration projects i.e. Google Big Query
  • Support our paid media activity across search, social and programmatic by making data-led recommendations
  • Deep dive analysis around key projects and campaigns
  • Identifying performance gaps in our web estate and make suggestions to improve conversion rate
  • Use data points to enhance our understanding of the Professional segments and how to target them
  • Serving as a liaison between key stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

About you

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject: digital, marketing, statistics or related field experience
  • Knowledge and experience in analytics and related tools
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SA360 and Adobe Analytics
  • Ideally experience of visualisation tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio
  • Strong technical understanding of reporting platforms and integration
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine solutions.
  • Be willing to learn about, and report on, new marketing channels
  • Strong experience and understanding of SalesForce
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel.
