About the Role
The purpose of this role is to localize global digital assets for our paid media campaigns, owned content on social media and for our campaigns with 3rd party retailers. We are looking for a graphic designer who will adapt assets following strict brand guidelines. You will work closely with category managers to understand the campaign plans and creative assets needed and then do the graphic adaptations yourself or in some cases brief our global transcreation agency.
Main responsibilities but not limited to:
Create localized static banners, animated displays and simple video edits (mainly subtitling) based on global assets to support local marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales on Dyson.pl (mainly social media and programmatic ads including rich media and HTML display)
Art working of co-branded assets for Dyson campaigns with 3rd party retailers as well as Dyson content on their websites (experience in HTML is needed)
Understand the campaign plans for Dyson categories in Poland
Work with category managers to select the creative assets from global campaign kits for localization
Brief global transcreation agency to adapt more complex assets
Manage the end-to-end adaptation process according to the set deadlines
Collaborate very closely with EMEA Centre of Excellence (our design hub) and act as Dyson brand guideline guardian within the market
Ensure all work is aligned to Dyson values and follows guidelines
About you
2+ years of graphic design experience
Creative thinking & very good graphic design skills
Good understanding of digital media ecosystem and variety of digital ads formats
Understanding of mobile first/responsive design
Well-organized with focus on delivering projects on time
Flexible; comfortable with fast-paced environments where various things change daily and adjust to various needs
Solid knowledge of Adobe package – Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Experience in HTML, CSS and JS in order to create and adapt rich content, landing pages and animated display
Knowledge of Google Web Designer
Good communication skills in English
